Hmmm, I'm applied your diff to stable/13.  I'm not aware of any ffs related
differences between main and stable/13.
Do you have a stable/13 machine for testing?

Here, it's just a matter of:
mdmfs -s 100m 3 /mnt
mksnap_ffs /mnt/.snap/test2
fstyp /mnt/.snap/test2

This panics stable/13 kernel from tady with 8563de2f2799 from main.

Will double check diffs...
