Hi All I have gotten two responses, which leaves me confused. Here is the original and the 1st response followed by the second response On Friday, April 26, 2002, at 07:27 , Kohler, Raymond J wrote: > -----Original Message----- > From: Chad Leigh -- Shire.Net LLC [mailto:chad@shire.net] > Sent: Friday, April 26, 2002 6:32 AM > To: freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG > Subject: how to tell which patchlevel I am at > > > Hi All > > I installed 4.5R from the ISOs and then did a cvsup using the tag > RELENG_4_5 . Should this have gotten me the latest patchlevel (I > believe p4) to 4.5R? Mine doesn't. Does that mean that my cvsup to RELENG_4_5 didn't work? The first answer seems to say that it appears to have worked, the second implies that it didn't. Any help appreciated on figuring out if my RELENG_4_5 cvsup and build/install world/kernel actually got me to the latest patch level.
