I'm gonna ask for a repo-copy of
src/lib/libutil/setproctitle.{c,3} to src/lib/libc/gen/ in a couple
of days.
If anybody has any objections, please make them now as I do not
intend to reverse this (due to the obvious bootstrap problems).
