index | next in thread | raw e-mail
sys/amd64/conf# config -V
600002
sys/amd/conf# config GENERIC
Specify machine type, e.g. ``machine i386''
sys/amd/conf# grep VERSREQ ../../conf/Makefile.amd64
%VERSREQ= 600004
Shouldn't I be getting the usual error message that my config version
isn't new enough to support building a kernel from these sources?
