I have some hardware here that has a jumper to double or 4x the baud
rates that it can do.  It is a 16650 I believe.  I've not tried to get
it to do 230400, however, because I have only one of them right now.
And I'm using to get more serial ports on my machine than would
otherwise be possible since it is a 16 bit card...
