Last I tried this on FreeBSD with my X60 Tablet, the linuxwacom driver
built for FreeBSD worked fine, but as I recall, lacked pressure
sensitivity.  Oddly, the worst problem I had at the time was the
unfinished ipw driver.  But in short, yes, the linuxwacom steps should
work fine.
