As there seems to be some misunderstandings on this, let me clarify.
ssh.com Secure Shell is free for both commercial and non-commercial use on
Linux and free versions of BSD for an unlimited period of time. Other
platforms are free for non-commercial use. Full license can be found on
their ftp site. The only problem comes if you want to fiddle with the
code.

So, for both ssh.com and OpenSSH the quality/price ratio is infinite. ;)
