Hi Joe,

Thanks much for pointing this out!

After having my gnome-upgrade dying during building of
gnome-power-manager I ran "perl-after-upgrade -f" and then I could
build and install gnome-power-manager.

So fixing perl solved the problem with gnome-power-manager.
