>Description:
In the lists of documentation projects, the tow chinese documentation
projects are not listed in alphabetical order.
I have found the list in docproj/translations.html and support.html.

whether by "a name" entity "chinese-tw" and "chinese-cn", or
by the language name "Traditional Chinese" and "Simplified Chinese",
chinese-cn should be first in alphabetical order.

I think it is better to list them in alphabetical order.
