You aren't describing the issues you're having (and this would probably
better be asked on the right list, for instance the OpenVPN users'
list), anyways, check the OpenVPN FAQ and play with the Windows-side
settings, particularly how OpenVPN communicates the IP configuration to
Windows - some options work, some don't.
