You use web based email, so you must have a web browser. Point your browser to www.freebsd.org and read away. Look down to about the 5th or 6th paragraph, a paragraph that ends with the words "all you need is a pair of blank, unformatted 1.44MB floppies and these instructions." You take it from there.
