Sorry for the delay. I must wait for my computer finishing bulk builds
of poudriere before trying anything, and in the meantime, this problem
is fixed with more aggressive way.

One thing I can think of is that modifying the offending port (this
time, textproc/logseq) to use supported electron (hopefully, the
supported one which upstream is currently struggling to work with) and
mark it as BROKEN, keeping hooked to build.
