I ran portupgrade with the -a option and everything seems to have run w/o
incident. however, in the end, I got the following notices:
-----------------------------
(snip)
---> Backing up the old version
env: /usr/local/sbin/pkg_tarup: No such file or directory
** Backup failed.

it seems that the cuplprit is pkg_tarup... is this correct? i've looked
in the ports and in my system for this file, but i haven't been able to
locate anything.
is it more than just this file or is there more to why backups cannot be
made?
also, will there be a problem is these packages are not backedup?
