Neither Solaris, AIX or HPUX(10.10) have. Digital Unix seems to,
but I would sort of have expected that. It's not mentioned in SUSv2
and it doesn't seem possible to detect with #ifdefs, which makes
it somewhat difficult to use in portable code.
