Ipfilter is still part of -current, but the various kernel config options have been split into two files. /sys/conf/NOTES includes the various machine independent (MI) bits, including ipfilter. The NOTES file in /sys/i386/conf is restricted to things that are specific to the i386 platform, including pentium, amd, etc. We don't have a whole lot of ipfilter documentation in freebsd because ipfilter works the same way here as it does on other os'. See for example, http://www.obfuscation.org/ipf/ Hope this helps, Doug -- "The last time France wanted more evidence, it rolled right through Paris with a German flag." - David Letterman To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-current" in the body of the message
