I can't seem to track this down on a new 4.6-stable install:

I cant seemed to find any thing on this in the archives. I have
"O TrustedUser=majordom" set in sendmail.cf and all of the majordomo
configfiles were copped directly from the old machine with ownerships and
permissions intact.
Any ideas would be appreciated,
