If you installed via /stand/sysinstall, you had the opportunity to add a user account for yourself. After that, you set the root password. Thus, you should know at least two accounts capable to login: root and the account you created for yourself. You forgot to make an account for yourself? Login as root. Start /stand/sysinstall. Choose Configure. Add an user account for yourself. Remember to add your account to the wheel group. You forgot to assign a password to the root account? Login without password. You forgot the password assigned to root? Boot single-user... but that's another story. See FAQ.
