Modify the makefile to delete the old x-win-xfree86.elc as part of
the post-install process. This is necessary because x-win-xfree86.el
gets patched and we don't want to use the old .elc file.

New patch to fix a problem with xemacs in viper mode when used with
XFree86.

the post-install process. "make package" was tested (under -current)
and works OK.
