Did a make clean on gnomecore, tried to remake, same problem. Problem is in In file included from gnome-vfs-mime-private.h:26, from gnome-vfs-application-registry.c:32: ../libgnomevfs/gnome-vfs-mime-monitor.h:28: gtk/gtkobject.h: No such file or directory In file included from gnome-vfs-mime-private.h:26, from gnome-vfs-application-registry.c:32: ../libgnomevfs/gnome-vfs-mime-monitor.h:31: syntax error before `GtkObject' gmake[3]: *** [gnome-vfs-application-registry.lo] Error 1 gmake[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/ports/devel/gnomevfs/work/gnome-vfs-1.0.5/libgnomevfs' Looks like a syntax error: gtkobject.h exists and is aparently up to date. So, what do you mean by a "forced update"? Portupgrade gtk12 or gnomecore? -- David S.
