My company manufactures 1U and 2U servers. We haven't done RAID inside the 1U server, but it's theoretically possible using a RAID card of some sort. We have sold configurations of 1U with our external RAID systems, however, and have a great deal of RAID expertise. I'd be happy to discuss this privately with you in more depth. -DG David Greenman Co-founder, The FreeBSD Project - http://www.freebsd.org President, TeraSolutions, Inc. - http://www.terasolutions.com Pave the road of life with opportunities.
