FYI: I have ported the Linux joystick interface (devel/linux-js). The
port installs a kld (5.3+ required, tested on 6.0) as well as assorted
utilities (jscal/jstest). People can now use their joystick(s) with
Linux binary-only applications, and porters can now compile native
versions of joystick-using Linux applications with no/minor
modifications.
