By way of comparison, here is a 12-STABLE system I updated yesterday: gromit ~% uname -a FreeBSD gromit.dlib.vt.edu 12.2-STABLE FreeBSD 12.2-STABLE = stable/12-n232755-dfb372f5d38c GENERIC amd64 gromit ~% uname -U 1202505 If you want to continue to use ports on that system I suggest you do a = source upgrade to at least 12.2-STABLE (or else install a 12.2-STABLE = snapshot).
