[-- Attachment #1 --] Hi, I have a NIC which is a D-LINK DFE-650 plugged into a PCMCIA port. When this card loses the signal (wire unplugged for example) the laptop hangs until I remove the card (if I wait too long, the laptop hangs forever). This only happens when I've configured the interface (with dhclient for example) but if the card was just probbed, removing the wire doesn't hang the system. I tried to drop into Kernel Debugger using CTRL+ALT+ESCAP when the laptop hangs but the core I obtain is only about functions called to drop into the debbuger. :/ Anyone knows where I can dig or has the same problem ? (and why not a fix :p) -- Aurélien [-- Attachment #2 --] -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQE9v7shDNsbHbt8ok8RAgcFAJ99ZB3ec1+WTpnTUDMBEeVkdAWDngCgm3sI Z4ewdWbhmyxFzKc3RI1V7uk= =XQYJ -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
