In between b568711f8ef1 and df84867e8af4 were only changes to the ZFS code and
the random code.

Please note, this system has no TPM 2.0, but TPM 1.2, which is detected at boot
time:
tpm0: <Trusted Platform Module> iomem 0xfed40000-0xfed44fff on acpi0
tpm: IFX SLB 9635 TT 1.2 rev 0x10
WARNING: Device "tpm" is Giant locked and may be deleted before FreeBSD 16.0.

Please note also that building a kernel with
nooptions RANDOM_ENABLE_TPM
doesn't solve the issue.
