Also, is there any synopsis of which "states" are valid?  I'd like
to take some of the open PRs who's status I call into question
and change them from open to "pending" or "examined" or something
that essentially lets me fill in a comment field which both shows
that I've examined the PR and have some comments and gets those same
comments sent to the author.
