Mr. Maste, what are we talking about? I'm checking the file for Europe
https://github.com/eggert/tz/blob/master/europe and I can see only 4 timezones
that could be related to Ukraine:
- Zone Europe/Kiev - EET since 1991
- Zone Europe/Uzhgorod - EET since 1992
- Zone Europe/Zaporozhye - EET since 1995
- Zone Europe/Simferopol - EET since 1992

If FreeBSD fully relies on that project, whare the hell did you get those
ridiculous fantasy names like "Ruthenia", "MSK Crimea", "Ukraine (most areas)",
"Zaporozh'ye/Zaporizhia - Lugansk/Luhask (east)".

I believe those names are on your side, it's FreeBSD responsibility. I reported
this bug, which couldn't be resolved since 2000 (i.e. bug # 19822). Please fix!
