Never. The CD sets are sold to support the project. So that some of 
those who dedicate every waking moment to FreeBSD can afford to feed 
their cat and pay for the network connection so others can download 
freely.

Truth of the matter is the other 3 CD's don't have anything you can't 
download other than the neat job Jordan does arranging everything.

As for 4.1.1, there never was a CD set. I'm guessing the 4.2.0 set will 
contibute to the Christmas mail over load.
