patch

- Add patch to fix build:
 libfswatch/c++/kqueue_monitor.cpp:134:29: error: unknown type name
'__darwin_time_t';

- Pass -lpthread to linker:
ld: error: undefined reference: pthread_create

- Remove now unneeded GNU_CONFIGURE_MANPREFIX from the port Makefile.
