If you want something very current (which right now is 9129), ftp.vmunix.org is 
the most up to date, as it takes its stuff directly from the computer that 
creates the deltas.  Other than that, I think you are simply experiencing 
slowness in the deltas being propagated.  Certainly ftp-master is up to date.
