It's a matter of opinion. Some people swear that anything > 1.xx is too
high. I run boxes that run constantly between 3.xx and 4.xx that never
slow down, lag or otherwise act overloaded. I would start being concerned
if they run > 8.xx, it's okay if they peak there once in a while, but if
it's constant, you should examine what's going on. That's my opinion as
it is :)
