There are a reasonable number of ports which build KLD's and it would be nice if they could somehow hook into the kernel build process so that they remain updated when a new kernel is built (or the source is updated). Is there anyway that this can be done currently? If not is anyone working on it? :) I am thinking a smallish modification to /usr/src/sys/modules/Makefile would work.. Or is it more complex than that? --- Daniel O'Connor software and network engineer for Genesis Software - http://www.gsoft.com.au "The nice thing about standards is that there are so many of them to choose from." -- Andrew Tanenbaum To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hackers" in the body of the message
