I'm looking for a good tuner / video-in card -- any recommendations?
I'm under the impression that I should try to find one with the bt-848
chipset, but they don't seem to be marketed by chipset at my two
favorite e-tailers.
I'd welcome vendor recommendations (U.S. or NZ), as well!
