	Yes ... but this setup has been running with the same ipfw rules for 
years.  The only change is the version of the system.  (Which _might_ 
make this a problem for current@, but I want to eliminate other 
possibilities first.)

	Um - what issue with sendmail?

	I did a packet-dump; greping for "dhcp" produces
"http://users.rcn.com/roberthuff/tdump2.txt".  (The full dump is 1.7 
mbytes, and I don't have a place to make it public.)
	If there's something else I should be looking for, please let me know.
