According to Lauri Laupmaa: > Is -current relaying mail by default ? What are the simple steps to take Yes, it is 8.8.8. > to stop relaying (apart from reading sendmail book) ? Either take the rules from C. Assman[1], use the ones in /usr/src/etc/mail (used on hub) or, better IMO, take sendmail 8.9.0 which forbid relaying by default and has some very cool features WRT spam (like relay_based_on_MX).
