How is a inpcb created ?
Is it possible that I have three inpcb's - one for each wg_socket_init()
invocation?

If so, u_tun_func is set for the inpcb associated with wg0.
Another u_tun_func is set for the inpcb associated with wg1.
The incoming packet gives me the inpcb associated with port 0 which has no
u_tun_func.
