Adaptec is known to build some and we are using a Proware 5000SW (http://www.proware.com.tw). Adaptec didn't want to sell me one of theirs, because they said, they only sell it computer manufacturers. Mainly these RAIDs are small PCs build into a 5,25 inch (half height) case, that can be integrated into a normal PC case. Our 5000SW is a 80486/33 MHz including 16 MB Ram and has 2 UW-RAID Controllers for linking harddisks to it and 2 UW-SCSI ports for accessing computers.
