If you don't want to run linux emulation |you can try xpdf. It does a pretty good job. xpdf and Ghostscript will both do normal PDFs pretty well. But for now (due to export restrictions) neither supports encrypted PDFs (in the US, that is). For these, you'll have to fall back on AcroRead (or get and Australian buddy to convert it with his/her GhostScript :-). Randall Hopper
