Yep! Two separate partitions.

I don't know how your current installation is, but if you only have 1
partition with Windows 95 I would suggest you backup you current Windows
95 with the Full-Backup-Set as it is provided from MS.
Repartition the HD. Install a boot manager if possible. Reinstall
Windows 95 and restore the backup. Then install FreeBSD in the Second
partition.
