Thats okay and I feel bad for asking however it wouldn't surprise to see someone trying to feed a PAL signal to an NTSC fxtv mode. I did noticed that your dmesg said that your card is classified as PAL so perhaps you need to try to manually set your driver: >From current's lint: # The 'bktr' device is a PCI video capture board. It also has a TV tuner # on board.
