Also, it is not a given that one must include EVERY BIT of FreeBSD in a product to use the name FreeBSD in its name. After all, one might want to ship a proper subset (e.g. i386 only) and allow the rest to be gotten via the Net (for the sake of efficiency) if the user desires it.
