Your usbd.conf is out of date. Here I have no problem in disconnecting
and
connecting it again.
- run usbd manually or from /etc/rc.conf (usbd_enable="YES")
- make sure your /etc/usbd.conf is up to date. Copy it from
/usr/src/etc/
if needed
- fetch all mouse input from /dev/sysmouse
Your mouse should then pluggable and unpluggable no problem and be
usable in X
and the consoles at the same time.
Or that is the way it works here. If you can't get it to work that way I
might
have not committed everything.
