Hi! Boys, it doesn't make sense to do it this way. Having different maintainers for something like mysql322-client and mysql322 won't work. The ports have to be kept in sync. BTW. mysql322 would have to be cut down to a server only port. Noone asked if I'm willing to do so. I suggest to do the following: - remove mysql322-client in this form - change mysql322 so it will be able to produce a server _and_ client version - use mysql322 as a master port for mysql322-client Dan sent me some patches for mysql322 about a month ago which can serve as a basis for this. If there are no objections I'll remove mysql322-client now and come up with an alternative solution in about a week.
