Not according to either the kgdb output you included or
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/vm/vm_map.c?annotate=3D1.366.=
2.3
both of which show a call to vm_map_lock_read() at line 3074.  I can't
find anywhere that vm_map_lookup() calls vm_map_unlock() - it always
calls vm_map_unlock_read().
