Yes, but I'm shure it reads it without using ktrace. rc.conf.local is the only place where I have a "cat /etc/isdn/...." (I've looked into /etc/defaults/{rc,man}.conf and /etc/{rc,man}.conf{,.local}). I will try ktrace later (back at home), if someone wants to see the output request it please.
