Suggestion:

Add an ldconfig -m after the world has been built in the /usr/src/Makefile.

It would do no harm in a running 2.2 system and results in friendlier
rlogin behaviour after a 2.1->2.2 migration. Maybe it would be
already appropriate after the libs have been installed during world build.
