Hi all, this solution (which works!!) was sent to me from the sendmail.org
group. I want to make sure it gets into the archive in case someone else has the

Try adding to your ".mc" file
MODIFY_MAILER_FLAGS(`LOCAL', `+S')
This should come after the DOMAIN() and OSTYPE() lines, but
before the MAILER() lines.
