I have FreeBSD 3.3 installed from a CD.  Now when I try to access some ports
there are problems from being out of date.  I see references in this list to
CVSup to deal with out of date ports.  Where do I read about what it is and
how to use it.  I tried reading the CVS man page but my brain was mush that
night.
