That card will work ... it will just whine a lot. I have changes that deal with the new firmware changes that I'm working on. Before that used to be a fatal error now it is just an annoyance but tells us when the firmware changes. So I have fixed for the non-MPI-350. I'm also working on a tougher issues with a MPI-350 with newer firmware. I got part of it figured out but the card still has some issues so it's not really ready yet. That TX implementation has changed. I hope to make more progress this weekend. However, since documentation isn't available I have to guess at some of it :-( Also work has been consuming a lot time recently. It would be great if a Cisco person could explain what TX_CPY really does. I'm guessing. Doug A.help
