All, Has anybody noticed that it appears that recent snapshots of 3.1-STABLE have included the 3.1-RELEASE source code instead of the more up to date STABLE source code? I has installing 3.1-19990305-STABLE that I had on CD on a friends computer and when I cvsup'd the newest STABLE code, I noticed updates from mid february. Lots of them. It appears to me that the 3.1-RELEASE source code is what has been included in the snapshots. I might add that the tag at boot time appropriately shows 3.1-19990305-STABLE.
