Are there any general-purpose web-based password management systems?
I'm looking for one that can take a user-input password (over https)
and keep it in an encrypted file/database, so the administrator can
at any time export:
 - DES crypted version of password
 - MD5 crypted version of password
 - SHA crypted version of password
 - unencrypted password (optional)
 - etc.
